    Welcome all!

This is a great get-together for people who want to try all kinds of tapers / rods / silk lines and more. Last year we expected a couple dozen people, and ran out of name tags at 80!

And the rods! Vintage to just off the planing forms!

Its a chance to meet rod maker George Barnes, a bit of a Maine legend, not to mention other makers, and talk cane with a wide variety of anglers of all tastes.

But one peron who really deserves credit is Sante - October Woods. His generosity with his personal collection and his enthusiasm are unrivaled!

    Hi,

I thought I posted this yesterday, but I don't see it so I must've hit something wrong.

    Anyway...

Jeremy - wish you could come.. maybe a similar event out there?

BTW, here's the list of some of the rods (just the ones in the Cast Off). Amazing stuff!

What a blast, officially 67 folks registered and 78 rods available for casting including the 5 stations for the Cast Off which was very well managed by Jeff Reardon....... Great group, great day and great memories!
