I like your flies. It's easy to see why they are effective for both brim and crappies. I don't imagine that too many free-stone trout would turn them down either down either. Take care and don't be a stranger. 8T

Welcome to the site. Great looking flies. I can see lots of Gills and Crappies in their future. I tie a lot of flies that do not imitate a bug, and most of them work just fine. I would say you can probably get a lot of Browns on those. John

Ever since I went to bead chain eyed flies I have had great success. Great looking flies.
Only drawback: On 4wt and under rods, watch your rod tips. One hit with that fly on the tip will have you crying. Ask me how I know.
Good fishing technique trumps all.....wish I had it.

those are great looking flies! Simple, durable, easily replaceable. All the qualities of a great pattern. Oh, and that they catch fish
