OK! Now that I know I'm "Splineing the Rod" I need to know what the "Best Spacing" for my "Single Foot Guides" The blank is a Batson 9' 4pc. 5wt "Rainshadow" RX7 Graphite. I'm having a hard time finding a chart for spacing.

Use the manufacturer's spacing chart for your starting point. You shouldn't have to adjust much from there. Sizes are for single foot snakes (SF style). If you want ceramics, it isn't hard to convert. I'd use a 12 and 10 strippers (UG style), (1) 8, (1) 7 and then 6's for everything else (type F) including the tiptop.
