Pete,
Nice fish! We're still at least a month from getting fish in the creeks so your picture is just the ticket to get me thinking about the up coming runs. That's a real nice one.

Very nice fish, but what's your fly reel doing in there?

Hey Pete,
Nice stash of "shine" squeezins. I prefer it cold too and in a styro cup to REALLY fool em. Oh , and nice fish too.

Wow,
Around here the steelhead don't get that big. Michigan State Record is 39.5" and a whopping almost 27 lb. Caught out in Lake Michigan out of a boat. Average in the streams is around 30" and maybe 10 lb. Still, on a flyrod, that is a blast. Biggest I have caught is maybe 13 lb. but then I lost one once at the net that could have eaten that one. Oh well.
Really nice fish. Wish we had them that big here.
Bob

I'm HOPEFULLY headed towards the Santy in about a week, I hope my luck's as good!?!
What fly did you catch this one, on??
