That was my whole point....customer service, and Folstaf came through with flying colors.

Just about any product you buy today someone will end up with one of them that has a problem. It doesn't matter if you buy a Ford or a Chevy, a Folstaf or a Simms, someone will have a problem at some point.

If the company stands behind the product and is attentive to the customer, what in the world more could you ask for?

I have only owned this one staff (Folstaf) and the company has more than met my needs in getting it repaired, and I am perfectly happy with this staff.

So I really can't compare it to any other staff. But I'll tell you this, unless I have owned or field trialed two or more brands of wading staffs, I would certainly hesitate to post a comment on a 9K member website, like this one, to buy a certain product over someone's else's. That is just not fair to any company's product, be it Simms or Folstaf.
