SPAM Ingredients:

• Chopped pork shoulder meat with ham meat added.
• Salt (for binding, flavour, and firmness)
• Water (to help in mixing)
• Sugar (for flavour)
• Sodium Nitrite (for colour and as a preservative)

Looks pretty straightforward and understandable.
