rod maker

Does anyone have any info on a custom rod maker, Scott Davis. I bought one of his rod at South Creek LTD in Lyons CO. They thought he might be a wildlife officer in NJ. I can't find any information on him. The rod is called " trout magic" with a date of 2002. thanks freddyg
