What a great way to start off the new week, reading all the new articles presented in "What's New." The downside of all this great reading is that I want to go fishing instead of going to work. Fortunately, I've become old enough to realize that if I want to keep fly fishing, i need to show up at work every now and then.

Great recaps on the MIFI by Deb (Mato Kuwapi) and Bob (rst). Between them they covered pretty much everything that goes on at a Fish-In. Thanks to both of you for including me in your articles. Believe me when I say it was my pleasure to provide some good eats to my fellow fly flingers and stretchers of the truth. I look forward to the next time I can make it to a Fish-In and share some culinary delights (I'm working on a cinnamon-raisin bread recipe for breakfast toast, and a campfire seafood gumbo for dinner).

    Thumbs up

Deb that was a great article of a GRAD EVENT and I am blessed to have been a part of it. What a great lodge and beautiful river. Yes I did manage to catch a few trot over the week including the 4 for 4 I caught in less then 2 hours the evening before I left. But the best part was the wonderful friends I made. A better group of people would be hard to find.

Jack and I already have our room reserved, Now if July of 09 would just get here.......

I've already reserved the same room that I had this year. You've sneaked over to LF and Castwell's room on the other side of me. Joe Guild must have just taken a blow to the head, but he has agreed to guide me again next year. Poor man.
