Yes, well the payoff will come when I'm on the recieving end of the envious gazes from you bank-bound Minnesota mortals, FC. Plus, I have it on good authority that the chicks really dig guys in drift boats, so an added bonus there I'm sure you'll agree. Or it will be an added bonus in about 2012 when we get this thing on the water . . .

We've already had a good laugh about how long it will be before someone in MN sees the drift boat on the trailer and asks how we manage to backtroll with it, is it any good on Milleacs, etc.

I put the first sheet of plywood on the boat's side last nigth. Another step forward and another lesson learned: You can never, never, never have enough clamps. No, really.
