USGS shows the Bighorn at 9,570 cfs, well above its usual 6,000 cfs, and it has been over 8,000 cfs for a week. What do high flows do to the fishing? I'm wondering because I saw about 2 fish caught in 6 hours by anybody on a day that the flow had been increased by 1,000 cfs to over 7,000 so I'm hoping the cause was the increase, not the level. And what happens on the days that the Bureau drops the flow a 1,000 cfs?

Thanks.
