Thumbs up "Fishing the Island Nation"

Nice article by Tim Giger. Tim came up from Kansas to spend a day & we did have a great time, got him hooked up to a couple steelies & a bunch of quality Ohio gills. We had a fantastic time, & it would still have been a fantastic time even if no fish had been caught, although they just added to the day.
Great day & great write up. I was Blessed with having met & fished with you Tim, & look forward to your next trip. Hopefully Joe will be able to join us on the water next trip.

Tim, it was our pleasure to host a fellow FAOL'er in the Island Nation of Ohio. I hope some day to come visit you and wet a line with you.

Again, this trip reinforces my desire to see a forum here on FAOL about WHERE someone may be going, so they could get together with other FAOLers. That would afford more opportunities to share the type experience we had with Tim.

Joe, you're on!(and you too, Mike) We don't have any steelhead down here but we have white bass and wipers in the spring and fall, with bluegill, bass, crappie, and the occasional carp the rest of the time.

I also wanted to thank Joe and Mike both for letting me use the pictures in the article.
