Well, I ended up a little bit east of Little Tupper on Follensby Clear Pond, Fish Creek, and Upper Saranac Lake. Not a lot of fishing but tons of paddling. Nobody was catching anything up there this weekend but I sure had some fun trying. Mostly I just loved solo canoe camping up in the Adirondacks for a few days. Everything except the part where I dumped the canoe and had to self rescue, bail out, and spend the night drying my clothes, money, and fly boxes in the campfire light. This, after about a 12 mile paddle in the wind. Still... way better than a day at work!
