Mine is simple with one "no substitute ingredient...
seasoned flour (1 tsp salt & 1/8 tsp pepper per cup of flour)
beaten egg
Keebler CLUB Cracker crumbs (NO substitutes!!)
vegetable or peanut oil
dust fillets with flour, dip in egg & coat with cracker crumbs...fry in 375 degree oil until they float...when they float, they're done & they're delicious. The Keebler Club crackers are the key...they beat the heck out of bread crumbs, saltines, chips, etc.

Try a Farmer's Breakfast - taste great. Go to www.cooks.com and type "Farmer's Breakfast" in their search window. Several Recepes will come up. Just substitute diced panfish fillets for the pork or beef found in the recipe.

Ok mine is cornmeal, flour,seasoned salt, pepper, tony chirones, garlic salt and some cracked red pepper ground up. Hope it sounds good.
As far as an actual recipe, I don't know. I just suggest you include Black Crappie!
