Mine is simple with one "no substitute ingredient...

seasoned flour (1 tsp salt & 1/8 tsp pepper per cup of flour)
    beaten egg
Keebler CLUB Cracker crumbs (NO substitutes!!)
    vegetable or peanut oil

dust fillets with flour, dip in egg & coat with cracker crumbs...fry in 375 degree oil until they float...when they float, they're done & they're delicious. The Keebler Club crackers are the key...they beat the heck out of bread crumbs, saltines, chips, etc.

A friend is not who knows you the longest, but the one who came and never left your side.

Try a Farmer's Breakfast - taste great. Go to www.cooks.com and type "Farmer's Breakfast" in their search window. Several Recepes will come up. Just substitute diced panfish fillets for the pork or beef found in the recipe.

As far as an actual recipe, I don't know. I just suggest you include Black Crappie!
