Just another note on targeting Bluegills. When fishing for bream this time of year, I traditionally use a size 10 beadhead leech with a red bead, black seal fur body tied with a dubbing brush and a small clump of black rabbit fur for the tail. About a month ago, RRHYNE56 posted a link to a U-tube showing Mike Verduin tying the Cap Spider. This is basically a sinking spider pattern tied on a 1/124th oz jig with a chennille body and rubber legs. This has proven to be an excellent producer for me and I wanted to encourage anyone who did not see that thread to check it out. The link was posted on April 25, 2008 by RRHYNE56 and is well worth watching.
