    Default peacock emerger

I wanted to tie some peacock emergers tonight, but have lost the paper I had it on. It was posted last year by Ginseng Sullivan. I've tried to search for it, but have had no luck. Just can't remember how to tie it. Any help would be appreciated. Had some luck with it last year and would like to get some ready.
