Michigan Opener: Where you goin' and your favorite memories?
I know its been feeling like the beginning of June lately, but spring never really officially starts till the last Saturday in April. The Michigan Trout Opener! The cycle of life starts again! A new season is officially born!
So where will you be on opening day? What are some of your favorite opening day memories?
I will be making my favorite opening day memory tomorrow. I'm taking my oldest son (7 yrs old) out for his first trout opener! We'll be on the Coldwater River. I'll be the one with the camera in hand and tears running down my face. It will be a good day to be alive! I'm fishing for something other than just fish tomorrow... Afterall, isn't that really what opening day is all about?
