i was just wondering what ever body thought the best fly for this time of the year was i would say a gold ribbed hares ear thats my input what do yous think

It's already pretty warm down here in Texas. We've already been though one spawn, so Minnow imitations, like a mylar Minnow ( i was inspired by the other threads!!) are working REAL well. I caught about 15 or so 8" gills today on one.
I also caught a couple on the bead head GRHEN, or a variation there-of.
