What thread would have similar qualities to the now out of production line of Gudebrod 6/0 fly tying thread?

wouldnt danville, uni, orvis etc threads work??
Thanks. Uni thread is a single strand thread and works well for most applications. But I'm also looking for a multi-strand type of thread and fly shops are few and far between.
I like the good old Danvilles Flymaster 6/0. It's not a bonded thread so it will lay very flat when unwound making bodies and underbodies very smooth.
I've tried just about every thread out there and they all have a place. For tying trout flies I gnerally fall back to Danville. Been using it for about 40 years. Guess you could say I'm comfortabale with it.
Rangerman,
Check out the Orvis catalog. Their thread is in fact Gudebrod.
