Ol'blue, apologies, just saw your question, unfortunately as with many of the flies I tie they have no known name, I'm sure they resemble some named flies somewhere, however most of the flies I tie I've not thought of a name for them. Most of the time they are experimental patterns I've fished locally that have been productive.

I guess the Subsurface is based upon a Crazy Charlie type pattern tied with Mohair leech yarn, this has done really well on crappie and Gills this year... I guess maybe Mohair Charlie?

The foam surface fly was inspired by a foam stimulator, its been doing nicely for me on larger gills, Small mouth, and a few northerns. honestly at a loss for a name.

The patterns may, or may not be close copies of something I've seen around the net. I would not intentionally not give credit, unfortunately sometimes it is difficult to determine what is original or simply an assemblage of flies seen else-where.

Not a problem. Lots of the flies I see in the swaps don't really have names, I just wanted to be sure I wasn't leaving your pattern off.

Got mine yesterday, but was deep into newspaper crap and didn't have a chance to open until lunch today. Great job, and even greater patience by the swapmeister, who put up with me through some personally rough times. Thanks, Greg! JGW

Got my flies last week. I finally got to look at them.I'm going fishing today I'll try them all . Boy do I wish I took them with me last night. Gills were jumping clear of the water chasing dragonflies. White43 I've used a variation of your wiggle bug, black with yellow or black marabou. It was deadly. Guys I'd like to hear how my flies work for you. They carry a 2 for one guarantee, if you use one and loose it or better yet the fish destroy it. I'll replace it with 2 more. Just email or pm me. Thanks for a great swap. Ol'blue you did a great job. Dan
