Refinishing question
When refinishing a bamboo rod, is it:
1. OK to leave
2. sand off
3. doesn't matter ie; personal preference
the decal and hand signature on the rod?
The HI decal and the "Governor" are in fine shape ... just don't know what the usual way is to handle it. I am refinishing rather than restoring, if that makes a difference.
