Great looking fly and picture. I want one of each.....
Remember we all live down stream
I was looking for an indicator fly after my last outing produced more hits to my orange indicator than my many offerings of nymphs and streamers. That looks like what the doctor ordered. Cool pic too.

Really nice.
Nice pics, what camera are you using?
thanks

Can you tell us a little more your camera and the set up for this picture? 8T
thanks for all the nice reply's. the camera is a nikon D200 with a stock lens. the pic was taken using 2 blank pieces of paper for back ground and my tying lamp for lighting.
also i use stimulators for indicators all summer long. thats why i love the pattern so much. i tie several in all colors and sizes just to hang my dropper .

Throw that thing in the water during the salmonfly hatch and it will indicate a big cutt, bow or brown just attached itself to the end of your leader.

The fish are always right.
I love an Orange Stimulator in #6 or 8 to imitate a wasp under wasp nests in bank bushes down here in Alabama. Add a dropper that looks like a wasp larvae or a Black Gnat or hares ear variant and "Hang on to your rod"!
If at first you don't succeed,go fishing, then try, try again.
What hook is that?
