Normally, though we haven't in a while, Sean or I will update the link with the current conditions for the Rocky River. Though after seeing this weeks update from our local Biologis/Naturalist I had to put the link in this forum.

Mike does a great job at keeping us anglers up on current conditions as well as other happenings in the park district. This week he caught one of our local guides wetting a line. Check out the first two pics to his post.

Longtime local steelhead guide Monte Casey spent his lunch break on Tuesday afternoon fly fishing at Morley Ford...





...and, with a river boiling with suckers before him, proceeds to hook and land a steelhead among them about a half dozen casts after getting there. This is why Monte is a legend (note dress shoes and slacks!).
