BTW, I donate gift certificates for one hour of free labor to a couple of local groups, and have gained new customers once they see the work that I do. It's a form of advertising for me that really does not cost me anything, but pays big dividends. Many local companies do this in our area.

Joe...that's one thing I would never forget. This fundraiser is our big money maker every year and we depend on it greatly, so thank you letters have always been important to the guys who have been involved in years past.
