Lighten up Dude. It is only a magazine add.

If you want to get knickers in a twist about something why don't you think about the limited amount of "new blood" in the sport. Fly fishing is fast becoming a sport for old men. How do you get the computer game out of the kids' hands and replace it with a fly rod? You sure as hell don't do it with a holier-than-thou attitude that portrays fly fishing as some elitist sport steeped in tweed and tradition. George Harvey used to tie worms and crickets to the end of his fly line when he wasn't catching enough fish. I suppose that means we should remove the title of "Dean of American Fly Fishing" from his tombstone.

Maybe you should pick another sport that doesn't require its suppliers to advertise in order to stay in business. In the meantime, I'll use my G Loomis rod and reel to out fish you any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
