Women have always figured me out early on. Why should Sam be any different?

We need a picture of Sam with Grandpa and a nice stringer of crappies and gills ready for the trip to Grandma's kitchen.

I don't know if you are aware, but there is a place called Wakely Lake just a short drive from the MIFI gathering point. It is famous for HUGE bluegills, and bass that sit in the shadow of your toon or belly boat (It's also C&R only). No motors are allowed, and it's a 1/4 mile walk back to the lake from the parking lot. Plus, the lake is only open to fishing for a few short weeks each year, but always during the time of the MIFI. I will be happy to loan you and Sam my 15' Coleman canoe for the day if she wants to go chase big gills with her 3wt., and will even cart the thing down the trail and back for you. Keep that in mind in your planning. I can wet wade the shoreline with my 3wt while you two have fun in the canoe.
