    Hey Bill,
    The Ukrainian version of those potato filled dumplings are "varenyky" or "pyrohy" where the "Ys" are pronounced as if the word "list" was spelled "lyst". They are labor intensive to make so we buy them at a local deli. The attached pic does NOT do them justice. Sauteed/browned in butter does them justice.
