Hi everyone - although I have been a member since January 08 I have never formally introduced myself on this Forum, I know very rude of me but I guess better late than never, so here goes:

My name is Robert and I have been a fly fisherman / fly tier, guide, as long as I can remember. I live in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada and spend all year fishing different species which include Steelheads, Trout, Salmon, Pike and Char. My passion is chasing the Atlantic salmon all summer long in Northern Labrador.

A friend sent me a link to one of your articles and I am astonished about the vast amount of material and available knowledge. With the exception to my dear wife you?re the second last thing I look at when I go to bed at night and the second thing I look at in the morning.

Thanks for having me as a member and I?ll share any knowledge I have acquired over the years about the sport and my local watering holes here north of 60!
