I drove up to the Midwest Flyfishing Expo on Saturday and while I was on the way home the wife called to tell me that I had a package waiting. The TFO Axiom rod had arrived from last months drawing.

The first booth I stopped at was the TFO vendor and test casted the same rod I had received. All I can say is that it is a pretty sweet rod in hand. It can definitely lay some line out but in turn can make some nice delicate short range casts as well. I cant wait to take it out for some full contact fishing this year.
