    Hey no problem. I probably would go with a 5wt myself for practice, but thought I'd throw it out there.

    I think you've been given some good options. The Three Forks gets a lot of good reviews everywhere I've seen it mentioned.

    Bought a 2-piece Redington Crosswater for my daughter, cost only $59, it was full action, but was crisp in the casting.

    The 4-piece goes for $79.

    Pfleuger makes a two-piece rod that you can pick up for $40. Can't beat it at that price.
