Isn't this the rod that got traded at a pawn shop for some woodwork? a bird call & a box? what was the cash value of those items? How much do you want for it? Will you sell it now if you think it may be worth more in the future or sell it now because it will not hold it's historic (yet unknown) value? Even if it's worth $X a dealer will probably offer you MAYBE 60% of that... if you are going to sell it outright, you'll have to find it's market.
I think the comment that "just because it says TU on it doesn't necessarily make it more valuable"...
