Reminds me of my friend that owns my local fly shop, when asked "why his prices are always so reasonable, compared to other shops"?
"I can SELL, below cost, because I BUY below cost!"
He, also, claims that; "If I buy it, for $10.00, then sell it for $5.00, I can double my volume and make it up, that way!
