    Talking Rain

It's raining here like the monsoons of SE Asia! The average for Febuary is 4.86 inches, We had .6 yesterday and from the looks of the forecast for the next 2 days we may hit the average early and the rest will be water in the bank. Will we finally get ahead for once?
To get back to somewhat normal water levels we need an extra 20 inches of rain this year!

Not much fly casting, but flies still work thru the ice!!

PS We have had more snow this year than the last ten, and it is really needed and WELCOME!

    Jack,
Did you have to search "Rain" on Wikipedia to find out what was falling on your head?

We don't complain about rain any more here in the Southeast. When your lakes and rivers have been dropping for more year, rain is a pretty good thing to have. 8T

We had nearly 2.5 in on Friday locally. Up in the mtns, it varied from a quarter inch to nearly 2 inches. My wife and I hiked in the NE part of Shenandoah NP on Saturday and the streams looked great! Made my heart sing...

Welcome to Arizona. I have gotten about 16 inches of snow today! On top of what was already on the ground. Rain heck. The snow is halfway up my mailbox pole. Will post a pic tomorrow.
