YES, Tim, that's the essence! That's what it's all about, right!

Fighting them biggggg fish, that's what the game is about! Not about enjoying yourself at your favorite small hole with a rod that's appropriate for the fish that you find there, but about seeking out the biggest freaking fish you can find, right?

Give me a break. This is ridiculous, you are ridiculous in how you size things up. I catch sunfish that usually are no larger than 8 or 9 inches long, because I fish in tiny neighborhood creeks and bayou-like ravines.

I fish there not because I'm looking for big fish but because I ENJOY where I fish and I ENJOY my time on the water, with my fish, which are maybe not as big as the fish I could find elsewhere in more traveled and obvious locales, but fight just as hard and are just as enjoyable for me to fish for.

I catch bass that usually are no longer than a foot, and if bigger than that, often no bigger than a few pounds.

I'm not a numbers cruncher, I want to have fun.

Perhaps you ought to try it, it really makes the experience of fishing much more enjoyable.

Regards,

Marlin.
