I would say so! That catch rate jumped all the way up to .007 fish per hour.
Think about that as your arm feels as though it will fall off from casting.

From a guy that has caught more than his fair share but has never fished for Muskie.
Just keep trying for norts because I think the tigers are easier to catch when they don't know your gunning for them!
