    Smile Thank You,thank,you,thankyou!!!!!!!!!!

    I whined on a furled leader thread recently and guess who sent me two furled leaders, a floater and a sinker, along with some instruction and tips on how to use them? Of course, the ever generous and magnanimous Jack Hise ! Thank you Jack, you will be rewarded in heaven by St. Peter who was of course a fly fisherman. The sharing spirit of FAOL never ceases to amaze and edify me !

    Thank you !

    The Apostle John the Presbyter ("the disciple whom Jesus loved...") was said to be a dry fly fisher in the movie A River Runs through It. Peter favored wet flies.

    "A wad of loose string, wound into a leader", ain't ABOUT to absolve you, Hise of all your past "crimes"!! "In good standing with the NBOF" is always assured, don't sweat it!

    Jack,
    You can still "do lunch" with St Peter....you'll just have to shout your order up from the basement. I hope you like your steak well seared.

    Talking

    Pat;
    A simple thank you would have been enough. Now my standing as a "Naughty Boy" has been revoked by the NBOF committee! Although I have been elevated in the eyes of ST Peter!
    Fish them often my friend and if you decide to make your own a simple pm will get you all the info I have.
    I would like you to report on how they worked for you.
