The confluence of the Nez Perce and the Firehole is what I would recommend from personal experience, but do be wary of Buffalo. Some of the other recommendations above also sound worth checking out.
My 4 1/2 year-old daughter would rather look for bugs than fish right now, and spent quite a bit of time doing just that when we were at the Green for a week recently. Just be 100% sure to keep your attention on the little ones around water!!!
