Cabelas SLi Blank

I just built my first rod it was from a H&H traditional 2wt kit. It contained everything I needed and built a sweet little rod. I wish I were a little more particular on my wraps, but I only had a few flaws, that won't affect its "fishabilty".

I am thinking of building a rod from a SLi blank at Cabela's. Does anyone know who builds thier blanks for them? I have done a search and it looks like G. Loomis might build it. Would this be a GL3 blank? Or am I way off? It says that it is made in the USA in the catalog.

i've built one of the SLi blanks and when i asked that question of Cabelas, i was told it is a G Loomis blank. I liked it, straight and decent finish. Built it for someone else, so didn't get to fish it. Need to make that part of the building process!
