I'm kinda new, both here, and to swaps.. I've done a few now, and they're very cool. I joined this big ol' swap with a little trepidation on account of the number of flies, but it's only 65, really that's not so big a deal as it sounds. We pretty much all tie a few dozen each year, i'm sure, and that's not all that many more. it's just that they're all the same pattern. Thing is, I'm gettin faster doin this many. It's really a rare opportunity to take part in such a big operation. I encourage any of you guys "on the fence " about it to jump in, there's plenty of time yet even if you only tie a few each day. And 65 different flies from diferent tiers all over the U.S. and the world will be quite a cool accomplishment.
