I like chowders on the "cream" or New England side, ... instead of the the "Manhattan" sort.

'cept, ... instead of using half 'n half milk and cream, ... I like to use 4 cups of 33% cream

It's too hot to make up a batch just right now, ... but it sure is pleasant to sip a mug on the banks of the river on those frosty October mornings ...
