I need a new rod, help me choose

Cabelas has Redington RS3s on sale right now - regularly $199 now $99 - $129 depending on the model. They were a nice rod for $200 they are great for $100 IMHO.

Look at and try TFO Rods you will love them low price just as good as any $600 to $800 rods for under $200.

Cabela's currently has the Redington RS3 on clearance for $100. It's a great deal. I think it was originally $200 to $250. I purchased a 4 wt. It's a beautifully finished rod and casts extremely well too. I don't see how I could have done better for a hundred bucks.

I'm considering a 6 or 7 wt too. I looked at a 7 wt at another store and while I didn't get to cast it - I was fairly sure it would be a very competent rod.

Just another option for you.

Thanks all for the replies, I went with the Reddignton RS3. Couldn't pass on the sale price, a $200 4 piece rod for $130!
