I also want to say thanks to all of the Vets out there. Just the other day I got a chance to says thanks to a WWII vet where I work. He was wearing on his suit coat a Distinguished Service Cross, a Silver Star, a Bronze Star, and 4 Purple Hearts. It was a pleasure to just shake his hand. Once again THANKS TO ALL OF THE VETS. John
I wish you all everlasting flies and tight lines.

It is called remembrance day in Canada.
A day to look back at our freedoms and remember those who sacrificed to make them possible .
Thank you all who have served and are serving our Country.

In the United States it was originally called Armistice Day in honor of the signing of the Armistice to end World War One on the 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month, of 1918.

After World War Two the congress decided that we needed a day to honor all living veterans that have and are now serving, in peacetime and in war. We already have Memorial Day to honor the fallen veterans, therefore the Congress and the President changed Armistice Day to Veteran's Day.

To all my fellow Vets around the world, I salute you and thank you for your service. Without your dedication to duty, honor, country, oppression and evil would rule the world.
