My first ever complaint against Cabelas:

Bought a pair of Cabelas brand lightweight kangaroo upland boots. I hunt maybe 2-3 times a year for maybe 2-3 days each trip. I have had the boots maybe 4-5 years. So that is 16 ? 45 times that I have worn them. Look at the welts. Completely worn out. That?s the white stuffing showing through. Rest of the boot is fine, those are even the original laces.

So I e-mailed Cabelas. It went back and forth a few times during which I was informed that Kangaroo boots wear better than regular leather and that if I was not satisfied, I should have contacted them in the 1 year warranty period. I certainly would have if I was clairvoyant. And IMHO kangaroo doesn't wear very well compared to cow leather. I would recommend you not buy this product.

So, tough luck. If you are unhappy with our product, buy someone else?s next time.

If I hadn?t had such good luck with Cabelas before, I probably would heed their advice.
