Not yet. I think we'll have another pricing discussion once I have the distribution finished and we know exactly what the sets will have in them. I will offer extra sets to those who participated in the swap first, and will include the extra sets to anyone who buys them when I mail their flies back. Anything left will go on the for sale board here on the site.
The sets for sale will have some additional flies in them, and not all of them will be identical, since people sent in different quantities, and we have some bonus flies for the sale courtesy of bassman and ibrb. I will probably throw in something extra as well.

Flies are in from skip16510 so we have one more set that is still in the mail, then we will be done. I have completed all of the pictures up to this point, and will be able to take 1 quick picture when the final set arrives, and then distribute flies. It looks like we will have a total of 36 sets of flies with 9 sets of "no shows". That should leave us with a fairly extensive number of extra sets of flies to be sold and donated to FAOL.
This is a nice set of flies; many of the patterns I've not seen first hand before, and many are tried and true favorites. I'm really looking forward to taking some of the new ones out and trying them in my area to see how the local fish like them. Nicely done, everybody!
I'm going to set the price at $35 with return postage part of the deal. There will be 1 fly of every pattern pictured in the picture files, plus a couple of extra Estaz buggers from ibrb and bassman. I will also include another 2 flies to bring the total for each of the first 10 sets up to 40 flies. I have 1 set already tentatively spoken for from one of our swap members, and will let the next 9 of the swap participants who want another set have first shot at them. Anything that is left (if any) will be offered on the for sale board here on the site. First 9 to post here get them.
If everyone thinks that <$1/fly is too much, let me know and we can drop the price if necessary. I'm of the opinion that for the price, you get the flies and all of the proceeds support FAOL at the same time. It seems like a terrific deal to me.
NOTICE: All money received minus shipping costs will be sent as a donation to FAOL. No one involved with this project will make any money with this activity.

I have the dubious "honor" of being the Last One! I apologize to all. I had some issues with my mailing, and the flies came back to me. Sorry to hold up the entire swap due to my stupidity. They went back out earlier in the week via Priority mail, so 'ol Blue should have them in the next day or two and be able to complete this for everyone.

    Sorry for the screwup,

    Joe

The last set of flies has arrived. I will post the final picture tonight, and start distribution. Fly sets are on the sale board.

So is everyone burned out, or is there interest for another A to Z swap in the near future? Only 26 flies to tie for that one! (never thought I would be able to say that!)

I would be interested. If you set it up I would like to get in with an Orange Foam Spider. Thanks again for this great swap and all that you do. You are a fantastic Swapmeister. John
