Some time ago I bought a movie at the local grocery store as I was going through the checkout. It had Sam Elliott in it so it made it worthwhile. The movie is called "The Ranger the Cook and the Hole in the Sky." I've watched it before but tonight when I sat down to watch it again I saw that it was written in 1919 by none other than Norman MacLean. It's funny how knowing that about the movie seems to bring a new dimension to it.
I'd suggest the movie to anyone who can get it. It's good clean family fun.
