Let's not be too hasty in judging these people. If we can send a half blind telescope into orbit we can sure do this. It seems like a never ending task in Colorado. I think this state gets incredible fishing pressure(and revenue) which is why so much stocked fish is release into the wild. As a former Coloradan, I never really knew trout fought at all until I caught some wild Washington state rainbows that frequently took me to task and to the backing. I've seen the Greenback Cutts up in Rocky Mtn. National Park but never caught one( then you could catch and release them).
