Thread: Micro Fly Swap

    Default Micro Fly Swap

I think with winter coming...someone needs to run a MICRO fly swap. Maybe we can get some of those 30's and 32's, but 24 - 32's........

I did a couple of them last year, and will do one again later in the year. I have 2 going now, so I can't do more, plus it is 100 degrees here right now. Winter patterns don't feel quite right yet.

I hear that. Same here....well, actually we have been in the upper 90's for the most part this week with a couple of triple digets.

I always like an excuse to try the really tiny, so if you decide to run a micro swap, I'm in. I like tying micro flies, but really haven't ever caught anything around here on one, so tying for a swap sounds like a great idea.

I can tie a few No. 22 nymphs, this is the smallest hook that I have. If it's ok - I'm in!

If everyone wants one right away, I'll set one up tonight or tomorrow morning. I don't know if I'll tie for it or not yet.
