I wanted to say that RIO has a great customer service/warranty system going on.

I bought their RIO Grand 6 weight line, and within 2 weeks it cracked all
to heck in the running line, I must have gotten a bad line.
So, its the hight of the fishing season for me, and I don't want to wait for that so I just spool it up and go out and buy a SA GPX (the line is still on my reel, IT IS BETTER than the rio in my opinion.)

So just the other day I remembered the RIO line in the box waiting to be sent in. I grab it and package it up and send it off that day, With a letter saying I would like a replacement/refund. Now 3 days later, The UPS truck pulls up in the drive way and he hands me a little box. There in the box is a brand new line.

Anyways I'm very happy with how quick I was taken care of. The new line is now going to sit in the box until my SA wears.
