Meal Worm / Wax Worm

Are there any good patterns for meal or wax worms/

heres one i've seen.
HOOK: straight shank nymph
BODY: white or tan rubber band rapped slightly overlapping.
HEAD: tan hares ear dubbing
THREAD: white or tan 6/0
