A while back I posted a topic on Western Rivers Conservancy -- wanted to know if they are as good as they sound and what experience others have had. At first blush, their literature sounds good and would be the type of organization I would dontate to.

I recieved a computer notice last week that someone had responded but when I went to check, I couldn't find the thread.

Anyway, still wondering about them. Sounds like a good idea -- or are they wolves in sheeps clothing.

Recently I have heard about conservation groups buying up land under the guise of insuring access only to have them turn around and prohibit hunting and fishing. Hoping this isn't the same type of organization.
