We fished all afternoon on August 04. It rained almost non-stop.
At the beginning of the day the trout were stubborn. We couldn't buy a bite.
As we walked out to the vehicle...I noticed a caterpillar on the ground.....
Next hole....I looked in my fly box and the closest thing that i found to the caterpillar
was a red tailed Wooley Worm.

44 trout were landed by the end of the day and ALL were caught on a red tailed wooley worm.
When you arise in the morning, think of what a
precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think,
to enjoy, to love.
